the Legislative Council by its Report dated the 11th November 1871. Be it therefore

enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice of the

Legislative Council thereof, as follows:

1. This Ordinance may be cited for all purposes as "the Hong Kong Pier and Godown Company's Amendment Ordinance 1872".

2. Section 3 of the recited Ordinance is hereby repealed, and in place thereof the following words shall be deemed and taken to be the third Section of the recited Ordinance:
